Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete our forms. You can download and bring the completed form to your appointment.

Initial Examination

To begin, your dentist will review your medical and dental history, then complete a comprehensive dental exam. This exam will include a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any x-rays that may be required. 

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will develop a long-term treatment plan for you based on your history and examination. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options.

• How can I book an appointment?

  To book an appointment at Quadra Dental Centre, please contact our office during our regular business hours.

• How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please notify us of any change in plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

• Do you offer appointment reminders?

  In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

• Do you offer your forms online?

  Yes! You can read, download, and complete forms before your appointment on our forms page.

  Yes, on-site parking is available for all our patients. You can also reach us via public transit.

  Yes, we offer oral dental sedation to help patients alleviate anxiety and remain calm during long dental procedures.

Insurance & Financing

At Quadra Dental Centre, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.

• Direct Billing to Insurance

  We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. We can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in reimbursement without signatures or paper forms required.

  Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan and can also send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments. 

  Please bring your insurance plan information with you to your appointment.

• Financing Through Dentalcard

  Quadra Dental Centre offers financing options through Dentalcard to help you manage your dental payments at an slower pace.

  STEP 1  Apply Online & Get a Quick Decision

  Fill out an online application. Most patient's applications are quickly approved for funding - potentially while you are at your dentist's office. 

  Request funding for a portion of or the complete procedure or purchase, and choose your ideal terms.

  STEP 2  Receive Your Credit Decision

  Sign and return the required documents, in addition to a void cheque to Dentalcard. 

  STEP 3  Make Payments

  Dentalcard will pay us directly and will set up pre-authorized monthly payments from your chequing account.

• Payment Methods

  You will be responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at the time of your appointment. 

  We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

Do you experience anxiety or fear around dental appointments? This can be common, however, it may also prevent people from receiving the dental care they need.
